The MA in Community College Leadership program at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln is currently accepting applications for the upcoming cohort. This program prepares graduate students for leadership roles within community colleges and two-year institutions, with an emphasis on access, workforce development, and student success.
Students explore the unique mission, governance, finance, and policy contexts of community colleges while developing practical leadership skills through assistantships and field-based experiences. The program emphasizes equity, responsiveness to community needs, and innovative approaches to improving outcomes for diverse learners.
The priority application deadline is March 15. Prospective students are encouraged to apply early to receive full consideration.
