Digital Marketing Specialist - Antidote 71 (Sioux City, IA)

Antidote 71 is seeking an experienced Digital Specialist to build robust digital programs for our clients. As our digital business continues to grow rapidly, you will work directly with one of our Account Service team to develop and manage client content programs and campaigns in digital and social media.

Responsibilities:
> Lead the agency's internal digital promotion and content planning, development, and creation, including but not limited to: blog strategy, short videos, webinars, website content, infographics.
> Partner with the Account Service team to create digital marketing content strategies, perform research, and analyze data to build a strong online marketing presence for Antidote 71 clients.
> Partner with the Account Service team to develop content strategies and the related content to fulfill lead generation marketing programs optimized for conversion.
> Recommend ongoing content updates and changes to improve client results.
> Lead the agency's internal digital promotion and content planning, development, and creation, including but not limited to: blog strategy, short videos, webinars, website content, infographics.
> Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) on behalf of Antidote 71 and our clients.
> Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns as required for clients, including retargeting, geofencing, social media, and search and display ads.
> Manage organic social media campaigns.
> Develop regular reports for clients based on content performance results and industry changes.
> Lead client presentations in digital marketing as required/requested.
> Stay up to date on best practices with digital marketing courses and other training—internally and externally.
> Assist with estimates, proposals, new client meetings, and pitches.

What should you know?
If you have experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google business marketing platforms, you’ve got a great start. You should be able to think creatively about matching client goals to audience targets and relevant content messaging. And articulate the “what” and the “so what” of plans and campaigns you develop.

We have a lot of clients working in HubSpot, so candidates familiar with HubSpot or other lead generation software—especially those with HubSpot certifications—will move to the front of the line!

Requirements:
> Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
> Google Ads Certification Preferred
> Google Analytics Certification Preferred
> In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress
> An understanding of Inbound Marketing (HubSpot certifications are a plus)
> Experience with key social tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
