We're looking for a creative individual who can deliver meaningful and focused content to help grow the firm’s digital brand presence. Working under the guidance of RDG's Communications Director, the digital communications coordinator will develop and curate content for distribution across social media channels, on the RDG website, via email campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:
> Creates digital marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation and scheduling
> Ensures brand consistency in PR, marketing and social media messages
> Creates, curates and distributes engaging content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, Discovery blog pieces and social media messages
> Collects data on social media and website engagement and provides comprehensive reports with supporting recommendations to improve future strategies and campaigns
Required Skills and Strengths:
> Strong digital communication skills with experience working across a variety of platforms
> Ability to craft verbal and written communication tailored to a variety of audiences
> Strong attention to detail
> Ability to think critically about complex problems to develop options and implement solutions
Education and Experience:
> Degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications or a related field
> Minimum of three years of experience with public relations, marketing and/or social media management
> Experience with the A/E/C industry preferred but not required
> Knowledge of and experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media scheduling software (Hootsuite), including experience with reporting and analysis tools
> Knowledge of and experience with SEO and Google analytics
