Realty Works is currently looking for a Marketing intern for the Fall 2021 semester!
Essential Responsibilities Include:
> Taking pictures of vacant units
> Posting listings of available properties to the Realty Works website and all advertising platforms
> Monitoring the website to ensure that the list of available properties is current
> Posting regularly on Realty Works social media platforms
> Helping with property walkthroughs and articulating maintenance that will need to be scheduled
> Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
> Must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
> Must be currently enrolled in an accredited 2- or 4-year institution
> Minimum 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 Scale
> Must be able to commit to working 15-20 hours a week
