TA/grader needed for an introductory class focused on academic success, career exploration and personal development. Anticipated enrollment is about 15 students.
Must have excellent writing skills and be able to edit student work.
Hours: 5-10 per week
Pay: Min $10/hr or more based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Assignments will focus on career exploration, personal self-assessments, reflections on reading assignments/videos etc.
> Grade biweekly reflections/writing assignments (1-2 pages long) for grammar, writing style and provide feedback for improvement.
> Input grades into CANVAS and communicate with instructor.
> Occasionally provide support in putting together course materials (making copies, binders etc).
> Be available for office hours to meet students 1-on-1 to help improve their writing.
