Social Assurance is looking for a Social Content Intern to join our team. This individual will play a key role in helping to generate social content for financial services industry clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to bring regular fresh and creative ideas and content to the table.
Our Content Development Intern will:
> Develop a high volume of written content for professional organizations including social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
> Participate in social media content, contest and campaign planning for our businesses and clients.
> Assist with data entry and other detailed tasks pertaining to our platforms and CRM (it’ll be fun, we promise!)
You’ll have the following qualifications:
> Able to work 15 hours per week
> A current full-time student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, English or a related field
Active on social networks (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
> Familiar with social media management tools (e.g., Tweetdeck, Sprout Hootsuite, etc.)
> Able to navigate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
> Familiar with Google Drive, Sheets and Docs
> A strategic and creative thinker
> Passionate about grammar and crafting error-free work (bonus points if you know AP Style)
> Comfortable working independently
