Communications Intern / Center for Great Plains Studies - UNL College of Arts & Sciences

This paid communications intern position involves working with print and digital design/production, including some video, writing, and research work:

> Print and digital design work for the Center for Great Plains Studies and the Great Plains Art Museum including signage, brochures, postcards, social media graphics, and more
> Research and development of your own graphics/infographics on Great Plains topics
> Video editing
> Beginning-level marketing development
> Event production for exhibition openings, lectures, and conferences

Applicants should have basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Photoshop and have good writing and research skills. The internship has the option to extend to the fall semester. Applicants should submit a design example, cover letter, and a resume.

Hours: students will work with the Assistant Director to work between 5-10 hours a week during the semester. This internship has the option to extend through the spring semester and summer.
