Extension Educator Tracy Anderson and a team of Extension professionals from Nebraska, Georgia and Penn State were recently recognized as the national winners of the “Search for Excellence in Teen Programming Award” by the National Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals (NAE4HYDP). This award recognized the team for their innovative educational series Adulting 101: Grab & Go Lessons. The program addresses a critical gap in youth development by teaching financial literacy, cooking, household maintenance, automotive care, healthy relationships and career readiness.
