Anthony Schutz just finished up the Animals and Agricultural Law and Policy Class sponsored in part by the Egg Industry Center at Iowa State University. This was an intensive course with guest instructors Beth and Rusty Rumley from the National Agricultural Law Center, and Maureen Moseman of the University of Nebraska. In addition to University of Nebraska students, the class attracted students from Boston College Law School, the University of South Dakota School of Law, and the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Professor Schutz was also quoted by the Associate Press in its story, "Colorado marijuana law frustrates Nebraska law officers."
