MTEP is excited to announce our newest feature: "Celebrating Our Small Successes." In the next MTEP Transformers newsletter, we plan to share a list of small successes or happy news about MTEP NICs and teacher preparation programs. Share your successes by Oct 29.
Keeping in mind that context matters more than comparison to other programs, the goal of this newsletter feature is not to create competition among MTEP 2.0 NICs, but rather to encourage change coaches, change agents, and NIC team members to find moments of celebration in their efforts to transform mathematics teacher preparation programs. You can submit anything that you consider worth celebrating—from getting your whole team to meet together to new partnership connections to lessons learned about what works for your NIC.
