UNL's Outdoor Adventures is a finalist in the Polartec "Made Possible" contest. The winning program receives a $10,000 grant and the opportunity to test outdoor gear for Backpacker magazine. The technical computing software, Matlab is now available for free to all UNL students, staff and faculty. The free license includes Matlab, Simulink and 48 supporting products and toolboxes.
