We all have it, but do we deal with the positive and the negative in a manner that leads us towards well-being? Well, faculty/staff and students at UNL are invited to the last of our four free,“Spring into Wellness” lecture series. Stress Prevention and Time Management will be held Tuesday, April 8th at the Nebraska City Campus Union and Wednesday, April 9th at the Nebraska East Union. Each session will be held from 12:10pm-12:50pm and participants are invited to bring a sack lunch. Learn to prevent stress through time management and communication techniques. Find your inner stress manager with three simple techniques for stress relief!
