Free Fitness Challenge on City & East Campuses, April 10-11

This week, Campus Recreation is hosting the semester's final FIT@WORK Challenge for both City & East Campus.The free event provides an opportunity to get active during the work/school day with a 1-mile walk or run with workout stations for strength, balance and agility along the way.

The City Campus event is 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 10; the East Campus event is 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 11.

With the wonderful weather expected, the challenge will be held outside. FIT@WORK is open to all UNL faculty/staff and students. This course will take approximately 30-minutes to complete. The Fit@Work Challenge can be completed in work attire; however, workout attire may be more appropriate for those looking to sweat.

There is no fee to participate, but pre-registering is requested.

Also, we are collecting “books” as a donation to the People’s City Mission so, if you have a book in fair condition that you can donate, please select the option of how many books you will bring in the registration link, bring the book(s) with you to the event and receive a FREE t-shirt.
