Even though it seems early in your student's academic year, they may already be getting pressured to sign an enticing lease to live off-campus in 2021-22. They will be offered gift cards, a month of free rent and more “great deals” that will “never be offered again!”

Students shouldn’t jump at the chance to receive a “great deal,” especially not before considering hidden costs in signing a lease.
