Jana Saddler’s adventurous journey began in 1989 when she received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Nebraska Wesleyan University, and her MBA from the University of Colorado in 1992. Jana now serves as the Senior Director of Digital Operations for AlphaStruxure, a joint venture between Schneider Electric and the Carlyle Group. AlphaStruxure designs and constructs microgrids to sell Energy as a Service to provide enhanced power quality, resilience, reduced cost and to improve the sustainability footprint of its customers. Saddler is responsible for strategy, design, and execution of the end-to-end digital roadmap including the Network Operations Center, internal applications, and OT layer/data analytics. Her notable work ethic has allowed her to gain experience that includes Smart Factory, SaaS, operations, product management, and talent management.
Working just as hard at home, Jana has a beautiful family that consists of her two children and husband. Her husband is an airline pilot, while one of her children is a lawyer in St. Louis and the other is a May 2021 graduate from the UNL College of Business and is now working in Nashville.
Her other loves include two dogs and a cat – as for the cat, she said “let’s face it, the cat is the love of my life.” In her free time, Jana enjoys travel and appreciates beaches, mountains, golf, and most anything outdoors.
