As we celebrated the fourth anniversary of Howard L. Hawks Hall, we were excited to prepare the building for our students’ return to campus. We believe in the importance of the on-campus experience, and we want a shared sense of community, so Hawks Hall remains a place for our Nebraska Business students to gather, learn and collaborate.
While our Nebraska Business community has been through challenging times, we are coming to the other side more educated and informed. The world is more aware of the important role supply chain management and business analytics play in business success. The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated how regional, national and international players influenced our businesses. Our faculty produced timely research impacting government, business, health care, manufacturing and other areas.
The department's momentum continues to build in the online graduate space with the new M.S. in Supply Chain Management and the graduate certificate in supply chain analytics. Additionally, our undergraduate program continues to thrive.
With these major successes, it's a fitting time to celebrate the department's fifth anniversary. We can't wait to see what the next five years brings as we continue to build new connections and impactful programs. Thank you for your continued support of our programs and students. Together we do great things. Together we are Nebraska Business.
