Encourage students to try a Career Meet-Up

Students can make professional connections in a low-pressure, casual setting at a Career Meet-Up
Students can make professional connections in a low-pressure, casual setting at a Career Meet-Up

Career Meet-Ups are different from career fairs. They allow students to connect with professionals from a range of fields in a relaxed, casual, and low-pressure virtual get together with a focus on learning about career paths of interest rather than recruitment. These connections can be valuable as students move forward in their career development.

Career Services is hosting two meet-ups in March.

  • Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Health, and Foreign Service/NGO Meet-Up on March 10 at 5:30 p.m.

  • Human Services, Non-Profit, and Social Justice Meet-Up on March 31 at 5:30 p.m.

Students can register in Handshake.
