Spring Academic Technologies training and support

Academic Technologies kicks off its spring Learning Series on Jan. 23. The series is a weekly technology training opportunity featuring one-hour Zoom sessions that highlight a variety of tools and services from the Academic Technologies portfolio. Each session focuses on a specific service and is designed to help participants build practical skills.

  • Ally Jan. 23, 1 p.m. – An introduction to Ally in Canvas with a demonstration on how it can help improve the accessibility of digital course materials.

  • Canvas Hacks Jan. 26, 2 p.m. – Learn creative Canvas tips and tricks along with a preview of upcoming features on the Canvas roadmap. Register online.

  • YuJa Feb. 2, 1 p.m. – Join this session for a demonstration of the platform’s video editing features and how to create polished instructional videos. Register online.

  • Akindi Feb. 10, 11 a.m. – Learn how to create paper assessments and about new features including question scrambling and matching questions. Register online.
