If you have students struggling in your class from the very beginning, please send them to see their Academic Advisor right away. Academic advisors can assist students in these situations by helping them figure out if changing their schedule is in their best interest and assisting them with adding or dropping classes during the first week, if appropriate. Encourage your students to work with their Academic Advisor, and not their roommate or friends. Students can find their Academic Advisor in their MyRED account on the homepage in the Academics box.
