U-Wide staff presidents began building a relationship through regular meetings via teleconferencing, which resulted in face-to-face meetings throughout the year.

UAAD was requested to participate in the HLC Reaccreditation process and I was invited to attend UNL committee meetings. The site visit provided an opportunity to articulate the purpose of UAAD and how we provide a voice for staff at UNL.
