We had excellent professional development workshops this year, starting in the spring with “Building on Foundations of Strength” and ending with our fall workshop, “Using Strengths to Manage Engagement”. We were fortunate to have Paul Wesselmann return to Lincoln and UAAD for a workshop titled “Fresh & Fierce” where he presented on maximizing effectiveness.
