Math Override Request Form

Math Course Override Request
Math Course Override Request

Hello Everyone!

At the beginning of the Fall 2021 semester, I found out that the Math Override Request Form was broken and had been broken for a while. While I am not sure when the form stopped functioning, I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion that this issue caused.

I am pleased to let you know that the Math Override Request Form has now been fixed and the policy statements updated. The form is accessible at the web address below, and it has a link under the Academics tab on the Math Department website: https://math.unl.edu/. Students who fill out the form will receive an email copy of their request, and an email will be sent to me about the request.

In the past, the Math Department has worked hard to make sure that seats are available for every student who wants to take a Math course, especially at the MATH 325 level and below. We hope that the Math Override Request Form continues to help facilitate some this work.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Doug Pellatz
