About OutCold:
Founded in 2010 by Fritz and Holly Heffinger, OutCold is a nimble group of adventure seekers creating marketing campaigns centered by human connection. We are constantly pushing ourselves to think outside the box and share our client’s stories in powerful and invigorating ways.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a summer intern to join the winning team in our account services department. Our interns are a crucial member of the team and are given the opportunity the step in and contribute to the everyday flow of our business. Whether working on operational tasks or client service work, this individual will gain experience in the marketing and event planning world.
> Develop productive, collaborative relationships with internal teams and agency partners
> Assist with the management and organization of field marketing teams
> Understand the functions and processes of all agency departments
> Create presentation assets and assist in the development of promotional items
> Organize meeting notes and distribute information to key internal agency members
> Stay up to speed on industry trends and research immersing themselves in client’s brand and competitors
Experience & Skills:
> At least 3 years of education at an accredited university or college
> A strong desire to learn more about the marketing industry
> Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
> Strong time and project management skills
> Excellent oral and written communication skills
> Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Duration:
May 24 - August 13 (12 weeks)
Pay:
Weekly rate (depends on experience)
