Intern to assist Economic and Community Development team members with the research, review, and analysis of community projects and state community/economic development programs. The position requires the ability to formulate assessments for project performance related to program standards, issue reports, and transfer results into databases that capture project results. Develop project success stories through excellent skills in research, communications, writing, and organization. Work with customers and partners at the community and state/federal program levels to prepare reports and evaluations that measure community accomplishments and program services.
The intern also assists in database maintenance, recordkeeping, project filing, and file organization both paper and digital. Student must demonstrate ability to work independently and meet deadlines. A high level of ability to use PC compatible software for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Other computer skills valued.
