Responsibilities include:
• Track the progress of and build a detailed case study on a very large project we’re about to undertake in the corporate museum space
• Construct several smaller case studies about current and completed projects
• Help put together search protocols for new requests for proposal activity
• Refine and submit our company profile to several web-based groups
• Help hone our marketing and feature highlights for a couple of current products we’re selling today
• Work with our lead generating tool to build and deliver e-mail campaigns to prospective clients
• Contribute to Nanonation’s blog and social media activity
• Inbound and Outbound inside sales
o Sort and qualify incoming leads from advertising sources
o Act as the primary point of contact for inbound sales line
o Proactively contact Nanonation’s target customer list to:
▪ Identify existing opportunities
▪ Build initial relationships
▪ Identify correct contacts for Nanonation’s products
o Distribute qualified opportunities to sales representatives
• Marketing
o With design & sales, manage and produce sales collateral
o Coordinate production of case studies and webinars
o Tradeshow planning and scheduling
o Assist with social media, SEO, and web content
Experience and Skills:
• Strong writing and storytelling skills are necessary
• Good communication and collaboration ability
• Creative skills to produce marketing content preferred
• Knowledge of SEO, web marketing, and e-mail campaigns is helpful
• Sales experience beneficial
