Professor Colleen Medill published the fifth edition of her law school casebook, Introduction to Employee Benefits Law: Policy and Practice. She completed the second year of her term on the United States Department of Labor’s Advisory Council on Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans. Professor Medill currently serves as a member of the Strategic Visioning Committee for the College of Law and as a member of the Strategic Visioning Committee for the University of Nebraska Undergraduate Honors Program.
