Associate Professor Kristen Blankley recently co-authored the casebook, Arbitration: Law, Policy, and Practice. She has also presented continuing legal education in the area of professional ethics for lawyers and other professionals across the State. In addition, Professor Blankley spoke on her arbitration research at a conference of Alternative Dispute Resolution scholars in Baltimore in October 2018. Professor Blankley is also a new appointee to the University of Nebraska Intercollegiate Athletics Committee, which is an appointment made by the UNL Faculty Senate.
