The University Libraries reopen August 17 with limited hours, which will increase when in-person classes begin on August 24. The Math and Geology libraries will remain closed. Check the hours of all library locations, including the Adele Hall Learning Commons: https://go.unl.edu/hours-reopen

A number of safety measures have been put into place to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission including:

• Use NCard to enter Libraries
• Seating has been reduced in study areas
• No access to print books and journals in the stacks
• Use online resources and HathiTrust ETAs to access books & journals
• Offering delivery/paging service (you request book, we retrieve)
• Quarantine all materials between uses

We have the online resources to help you with your class and research projects:

• Use our robust electronic book and journal collections
• Request a book not available online by using this form (https://go.unl.edu/login-reopen). We retrieve it and you pick it up.
• Zoom- and phone-based research consultations (https://go.unl.edu/research-reopen)
• Teaching partnerships and collaborations for building students' research and information skills (https://go.unl.edu/consult-reopen)
• Research help through ASKus (https://go.unl.edu/askus-reopen) via phone, email, and chat-based
