If you recently moved when coming back to campus, it's time to update your address. Three places you should update to your local address are: 1) In the Safer Community app, 2) On MyRED, 3) Via the postal service at https://USPS.com/move.

Updating in the Safer Community app
Open the app and select the settings icon in the upper right corner. Scroll down to tap on Personal Information. Here you can update your phone, address and other demographic info. When complete, select Submit Form to save changes.

COVID-19 testing information is required to be reported to the State of Nebraska; and it is ideal for it to be accurate. Even students who choose to use another address for mail should list their local address for testing, not their mailing address.

Updating via USPS
Keeping your address updated with USPS helps mail and packages make it to your door. To update, visit https://USPS.com/move and complete the form. You'll need a credit card for a charge of $1.05, a small cost to save you from the headaches of lost and misplaced mail.
