HuskerTech Studio, formerly One Button Studio, is a simplified video recording setup that can be used without any prior video production knowledge. The rebrand will be launched during the first two weeks of classes with a marketing push for students, including a giveaway and other promotions.
The studio still allows users to create high quality and polished video projects without having to know anything about lights and cameras. You just need to have an active YuJa account before using the studio. All videos will be available in your account after recording. The Light Board in the Dinsdale HuskerTech Studios location has also been migrated to YuJa.
As a reminder, VidGrid is no longer a university-provided video service. YuJa is the enterprise video service provided to faculty and students.
Instructors planning to have students create YuJa videos this fall as part of their course should consider adding this Canvas Module to their course. (Users must sign in to Canvas to access the link.) The tutorial gives students instructions on how to download the YuJa recording software, how to record, edit and share videos, and who to contact for support.
