UNL #NCLUDE groups invite faculty and staff to participate in learning communities to understand diversity issues through education.
The Supporting First Gen Student Success #NCLUDE group will learn about guiding principles and everyday actions that faculty and staff can incorporate into their daily activities to positively impact and support first-generation students.
The group will meet six Wednesdays at 4 p.m. in the Nebraska Union on Sept. 6, Sept. 20, Oct. 4, Oct. 18, Nov. 1, and Nov. 15 and will be anchored by Jennifer PeeksMease and Karen Wills. Participants will read common materials and bring their knowledge to the group.
