The 2019 August Graduation Ceremonies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln saw seven students graduate with a BS degree in PGA Golf Management. The faculty and staff in PGA Golf Management enjoyed watching these individuals grow and develop these past four or more years. Graduates from August include:
Sam Martin is an Assistant Professional at Oak Hills Country Club in Omaha, NE. PGA Member A-8. Sam completed internships at Shadow Ridge Country Club, Maddens on Gull Lake, Wilderness Ridge Golf Course, and Champaign Country Club.
Joseph Furasek is a Teaching Professional at GolfTec in Overland Park, KS. PGA Member A-6. Joe completed internships at Hillcrest Country Club, The Harvester Golf Club, Big Cedar Lodge, and the Sanford Power Golf Academy.
Baily Hort is a Teaching Professional at TopGolf in Glendale, AZ. PGA Member A-6. Baily completed internship at Jim Ager Memorial Golf Course, Scottsbluff Country Club, Wilderness Ridge Golf Course, and TopGolf International.
Nathan Vaughn is an Assistant Professional at Conway Farms Golf Club in Lake Forest, IL. PGA Member A-8. Nate completed internships at The Pinery Country Club, Conway Farms Golf Club, Springhill Golf Club, and back again at Conway Farms Golf Club.
Zach Sachen is an Assistant Professional at White Bear Yacht Club in White Bear Lake, MN. PGA Member A-8. Zach completed internships at the White Bear Yacht Club, the Mountaintop Golf and Lake Club, and then back to the White Bear Yacht Club.
Nakul Paliwal is currently waiting for a work visa to go to work at TPC Potomac at Avenal Farm where he will gain his PGA Membership. Nakul completed internships at the La Grange Country Club, the Frenchman, and twice at TPC Potomac at Avenal Farm.
Travis Loudner is the Head Professional at Tiburon Golf Club in Omaha, NE. PGA Member A-1. TJ completed internships at the Tiburon Golf Club three times and at the Fremont Golf Club.
