Football Creative Services Coordinator - Boise State Athletics (Boise, ID)

Boise State University invites interested applicants for the position of Football Creative Services Coordinator. The successful applicant will become part of our team as we build a Metropolitan Research University of Distinction. This position will be responsible for graphic design and multimedia services providing internal and external content for the website, social media platforms, recruiting platforms and in-house graphic design for Boise State Football. Any violation of a conference or NCAA regulation, as well as those policies of the University, could cause dismissal of a participant or staff member, as well as, create negative publicity and/or conference or NCAA standings to the program and institution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
> Create and develop graphics/content with Photoshop and Illustrator for recruiting, presentations, social media and brand management.
> Responsible for creative content and direction for football social media and print materials.
> Create outlines and stories based on many sports topics and turn into creative video piece that can be used for promotion, public relations and recruiting.
> Work with the Director of Recruiting and Head Coach to design recruiting presentations for use during official and unofficial visits.
> Design print materials for recruiting, coach’s letters and business cards, camps, community service and other various outlets.
> Oversight of student and intern creative team for football program messaging.
> Assist coaching staff with presentations for team and community relations utilizing Prezi and Photoshop.
> Provide creative direction to video production team for social media and web based video series.
> Assist the Marketing & Promotions Department with maintaining a consistent brand and graphics standards throughout the Athletic Department.
> This position will also work with the university trademark and licensing specialist to make sure all graphics are made within university compliance standards.
> This position will be required to travel and work nights and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications (including certificates and licenses):
> Bachelor’s Degree AND one (1) year in a similar type of work.
> A strong knowledge and skill in athletic post production, web, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

The ideal candidate will possess:
> A strong working knowledge of graphic design concepts and software experience with Adobe Creative Suite for various forms of media. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Prefer experience in Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
> A working knowledge of brand standards and practices.
> A strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA and conference rules and regulations regarding compliance issues as it relates to recruiting social media and film trade.
> Strong people skills in order to organize and train student employees and volunteers, and to work with staff as an effective team while making sure to always be an exemplary ambassador for the university.
