Professor Kristen Blankley recently presented two ethics-related continuing education presentations. One of these presentations was for a large Nebraska-based employer and the other was for a Nebraska state agency. In addition, Professor Blankley has been invited to speak at the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution Annual Meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota this April on recent Supreme Court arbitration decisions.
