Professor Rich Leiter served on an ABA Sabbatical Site Visit to the University of Arizona School of Law. Leiter was one of a team of seven team members with special responsibility to assess the law school’s library, information resources, technology and facilities.
Leiter also completed work on the 8th Edition of National Survey of State Laws and it will be published in February. The update includes the addition of five new chapters addressing food laws, marijuana policy, privacy, and cyber bullying. The book, published by the William S Hein Company, is published both in print and digitally and has now become one of the most widely held legal reference titles worldwide. (It is found in the collections of all major academic law libraries in China, Europe and most libraries throughout the United States. It has also been cited by the United States Supreme Court.)
