In December, Professor Harvey Perlman attended the Global Conference of the Confucius Institutes in Chengdu, China, and delivered a presentation on the College’s Comparative Chinese Law and Custom Course. He also led a discussion of the Presidents of the Power 5 athletic conferences on the future of autonomy legislation. He attended the Advisors meeting of the American Law Institute Project on Principles of the Law, Student Sexual Misconduct: Procedural Frameworks for Colleges and Universities.
