Mr. Michael Barton, Director at ARTIS Research, will provide a discussion of election law and how to formulate a Constitutional response to electoral fraud. Mr. Adam Morfeld, Executive Director of Nebraskans for Civic Reform, will provide commentary to include the effect of responses such as voter ID laws.
Mr. Barton also served in President George W. Bush's Administration and on the Senate Banking Committee. Mr. Morfeld is a 2012 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law.
