The Nebraska Real Estate Law Society would like to take a group of students to the Commercial Real Estate Summit (formerly the Commercial Real Estate Workshop).
The CRE Summit is an all day CLE workshop for practicing Nebraska attorneys but students are welcome to attend. Topics covered this year will include:
•How Omaha has Transformed Over the Past 25 Years
•Lincoln: Transformation of a Community
•Capital Markets: Confidence Being Restored
•Millennials: Live, Work, Play, Shop
•Construction Update
•Global Perspective
There will also be interactive breakout sessions on law, appraisal, urban and suburban living, and technology. You can view the full program at http://www.attendcresummit.com/program/
Registration for practicing attorneys is $260 (because they get the CLE credit) but students can register for only $25 (this is to cover the cost of food and materials).
If you are interested in attending please email Adam Odle at odleadam@gmail.com and register at https://www.thecresummit.com/2014/register/.
Unfortunately, NRELS is not able to help with registration fees.
Carpooling options may be available depending on interest.
