Rec Center offers free Body Comp Testing on Nov. 14

Lean muscle and body fat. How much of each does your body have and how does it effect your fitness ability? Learn your numbers during a free body composition testing event from 5 to 6 p.m., Nov. 14.

Testing will take place in the Strength Training & Conditioning Room at the Campus Rec Center. A 3-pinch skinfold caliper test will used. Open to all UNL students and CREC members only.

Please wear a t-shirt and shorts and refrain from any workout at least 1.5 hours prior to testing (for more accurate results).
