The Libraries invite instructors to contact their experts for help in a variety of ways, from creating Libraries Course Materials lists in Canvas to linking to Libraries online tutorials to supporting the development of students’ research and information literacy skills.
- Connect with a librarian to develop assignments, learning objects, experiences, and more to strengthen your students’ information literacy and research skills at libraries.unl.edu/consult-with-us.
- Save students money and help them easily find and access licensed content (books, chapters, journal articles, DVDs, and streaming video) through Libraries Course Materials in Canvas. Work with a Libraries staff member to create a list that will meet your teaching and learning goals.
- Librarians can also create research guides to embed in Canvas. Guides can be customized to a specific course or subject area and contain links to licensed databases, journals, and other resources. Learn more at unl.libguides.com.
- Build skills with Libraries online tutorials and customized content.
These are only a few of the ways Libraries experts can serve as valuable partners in your courses. To explore more resources and services, contact your subject librarian. There is always more to explore at the Libraries website.
