UNL’s only independent student publication is looking for new reporters, multimedia journalists and other staffers to join us for the upcoming academic year! Paid reporting positions for News, Culture, Sports and Multimedia are available, with openings for copy editing, artists and social media/engagement as well. We are located in the basement of the Nebraska Union and can be a great start for any UNL student wanting to get their foot in the door of journalism, join our reporting efforts or refine their writing skills. Education Requirements: Must be a UNL student (regardless of major or experience) enrolled in at least 6 credit hours with a cumulative GPA greater than 2.0 and not on academic probation.
Contributions to UNL: As UNL’s only independent student publication, we are students working with other students getting stories for the rest of the UNL community. We work in a fast-paced but flexible environment and welcome anyone to join our team and get involved.
