The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and quality social media and digital content for KidGlov clients and internally. This position will create and manage social media content calendars, schedule posts and manage reporting, and possess enough social media industry knowledge to make strategic recommendations.
This position will also manage digital content (blogs, website content, digital ads, etc.) for KidGlov clients and for internal KidGlov marketing. Light design work and copywriting will also be required.
All members of KidGlov are expected to be a team player while providing work of the highest quality, tracking time spent each day and maintaining paper and electronic files for optimal efficiency. The accountability and responsibilities of this position will grow and evolve as the agency does.
Functions:
> Post, schedule and report on social media analytics using Sprout Social for a wide array of industries and audiences.
> Provide strategic social media recommendations to Account Directors based on client audience and needs.
> Provide and post content on blogs and websites.
> Support the KidGlov design team with some basic graphic design for social media and other projects as assigned.
> Manage digital ad process and provide digital recommendations.
> Other digital/design/content duties as assigned.
Desired Experience:
> 3+ years’ experience in social media management
> Basic knowledge of adobe creative suite
> Basic content writing skills
> Some experience with working with a CMS
