Requirements:
Besides the obvious - needing to know how to design and use design software - the right person will know how to take an idea and make it come to life. They will be working in a collaborative creative team on everything from concepts to production. The ideal designer would be able to brainstorm in both a group and an individual setting and have a desire to continue to push their design skills. We need someone who is talented, competent, and able to juggle multiple projects.
