The UNL Civil Engineering Department is hiring for a student worker position with a marketing emphasis.
Duties include:
> Managing and updating social media accounts
> Designing and compiling information for the CIVE weekly newsletter
> Creating digital signage
> Creating appealing flyers and invitations for departmental events
> Enhancing departmental communication and outreach
> Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
> Experienced with website design
> Knowledge of effective marketing strategies and/or graphic design
> Positive, professional attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
> Must be team-oriented, prompt, and reliable
> High accuracy and attention to details
> Current undergraduate in good academic standing
> Intention and availability to work summer and 2019/20 academic year, depending on funding
Prefer 10-15 hours per week. Flexible work hours between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
